you will drive away the strife.
Pay attention to the moment.
You’ll find you will learn a lot.
When you tackle the impossible
you will find it’s not as difficult as you thought.
Mindfulness is being aware of the present.
Listen to your heart.
Your life matters.
Live it fully from the start.
How will being mindful
help you deal with your pain?
Being aware of God’s presence
will bring serenity to your heart again.
Knowing God has a plan for your life
should bring assurance to your heart.
Trust Him even in the small things.
Faith is a healthy start.
