I am grateful that life doesn’t have to be perfect to be thankful. It has been heartening in the days leading up to today to see organizations and churches inviting communities to share together the Thanksgiving meal.
This week I read Psalm 116:17:
I will sacrifice a thank offering to you
and call on the name of the Lord.
Then I read it in the Passion translation.
May you be drenched with Thanksgiving today.
Old Things R New 
I love the beauty of The Passion Translation and I’m sure I love being drenched in Thanksgiving.
